My 10 months baby head and body is hot but hands and legs are cold why doctor?

A. mam it can be due to teething in the baby. please massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething. also give homeopathic medicine bc21 to the baby. if baby temperature from armpit is above 100 then it should be considered as fever.
