my 10 months baby have fever and medicine have give 2 dose ... how to reduce heat ..... her head is soo hot how to make normal.....?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 10 months old and her head is warm and body temperature is very normal so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation so don’t worry

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetahmol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
