My 10 month old got viral fever last week. One week past and fever is gone.She was on paracetamol and antibiotic for 5 days. Now my concern is she has put down a lot and looks so tired and skinny. She is not taking her 3 meals also properly! What should I do ? My baby looks so weak and cranky!
