A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and she is having a running nose and a cold so give her 5 ml syrup sinarest af three times a day

A. hello u can put saline drops n also use instant releif rub from babyhug which can help n in regards to medicine is better to check ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly
