A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a chhuuild should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonlgy associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Well if there is no swelling and your child hasn’t got hurt then it is completely alright but still I would suggest you to monitor behaviour for another 48 hours if you see anything is of in the behaviour or anything like sudden vomiting or anything which is odd then in that case consult the doctor
