My 10 month old baby is completely on blended food I want to start hand mashed food but he vomits what to do

A. Hello dear parent! Let your child explore the tastes and textures. Give small pieces of cut fruit, boiled vegetables, mashed potatoes and so on in cute Babyhug bowls. Let your child play and feed by self. There will be changes in understanding the foods.
