my 10 month old baby girl peeing only 2 times in a day is it normal

It would be at least 5 to 7 times in the day because the child’s hydration is very poor that means that is why it is in two times in a day so the urine output should be good number of times in the day otherwise it is a sign of dehydration for the child which is not healthy
