My 10 day old baby is sneezing a lot and making some noises in his sleep. Are these symptoms of him catching a cold?

A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 10 days old and he is having a sneezing so his nose is blocked due to fast fans or AC and needs nasomist nasal drops two times a day
