ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom after the age of one the child almost triples his brith weight and after that yearly bases they gain about 2 to 4 kgs only . You can give him whole eggs , animal milk , paneer , dry fruits, seasonal fruits and vegetables
