Q.
my 1 yr 6 month baby boy make stool once 3 to 4 days. he is active and eat properly. is it ok or not.

some babies may pass stools many times a day while some may not pass for days together
both cases are normal
if baby doesn't cry while passing stools & if they are not like pebbles then do not worry
Try to give more water, vegetables, fruits, to the baby

yes ,it is natural process.
and as your child looks happy and active,you should not worry about it.
please offer homemade freshly cooked food.
keep your child well hydrated
