My 1 yr 5 months baby cut his lip & so many blood are coming out. ln this situation what can I do...??

As of now apply pressure over that area so that blood will stop and you can put Ice pack also,after blood stops see the depth and if required go to doctor

Then consult with your pediatrician about it
