my 1 year old son 5 days before suffered from high fever 102.8 and admitted to hospital three days passed fever is normal day before yesterday covid test done & the result is positive doctors discharged me yesterday but he had no symptoms he is eating properly all activities are normal am confused is he affected with covid or not how many days will get to recovery for him
