Q.
my 1 year old is not pooping from last 2 days what to do? she is also not eating well. otherwise she is cheerfull playing all the time.no sign of discomfort

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. it's ok baby is 1 year In constipation modify diet avoid baked and packaged food give diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give Luke warm water to drink maintain hydration give plenty of oral fluids if the problem perissts consult your doctor for stool softners

please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil on stomach area in clock wise direction
