I would suggest that you introduce finger foods like cut fruits and vegetables to your son and let him munch on his own.. Before you do so, make sure his high chair or booster chair’s table top is well cleaned. Try to feed him semi-solid consistency foods like ragi porridge, smashed vegetables and fruits, Khichdi, etc. Slowly your child will adapt and get used to it. This is helping me, hope it helps you too.. Happy parenting!

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Try giving finger foods to your baby to encourage chewing. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
