Q.
My 1 year old gets worm in her poop…the worm is a bit big in size and whitish ..is it normal? What should I do ? Am a bit worried

Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dvose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every six monthcvs at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon it is common for small children to be having this kind of a problem does not mean that there is an issue I would just recommend you to make sure that you are giving deworming medicine
