My 1 year old daughter has developed a lot of small pimples on her head. It also itches and when she scratches, a watery substance comes out due to which pimples start appearing on other parts

A. It could be due to some infection that is why this is the situation I would recommend you to kindly take an assistance because if the fluid is coming and also it is spreading on the entire body that it’s very important for you to take an assistance with your doctor
