Q.

My 1 year old child has been having to use a lot of force to go to the potty for several months.pls suggest why this happens?

A. A child is having very hard motion or there is a situation of little bit of constipation that your child may be suffering from in general I’m going to recommend you to be plenty of fluids and fibre for the child for easy motion and apply some gel or some lubrication when your child wants to poop it will be easier for them to push it out
