my 1 year old boy got fever last night 101.5 but no cold, no flu behaving normal no teething yet what could be the reason?

A. hi kids during the teething phase show low grade rise in body temperature. but if the temperature rises above 100.4 degrees consult with your pediatrician for routine health check up
