my 1 year old baby's fever not going away for past 2 days even after giving antibiotics and antipyretics it's keeps coming back with no other symptoms

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions givenx by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether anyx change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
