My 1 year old baby have brittle nails in his few fingers. Is it due to Iron deficiency? Which medicine or supplement I can give him to increase iron content. Also he is not gaining body weight since last 1 months and present body weight is 10.5 kg.

A. Yessir could be due to deficiency in the body but it is not necessarily because of iron it could be calcium also or it could be white means as well you need to get it more sorted after consulting your doctor for this
