My 1 year old baby girl is denying to have food. It’s really a tough job for us . Could you please suggest good recipe.

A. Dear parent, you can give all family foods to your baby the way you prepare at your home. Try to give food in an attractive manner, interesting shapes of bread and parantha, colourful combination of cut fruits. You can give poha, sheera, Upma, vermicelli, besan cheela, parantha, moong dal cheela, idli, dosa, kheer, khichadi, daliya, dal rice, roti, pulao. Curd, paneer, cheese Eggs and non veg foods Variety of seasonal vegetables. Dry fruits.
