my 1 year old baby boy gets distracted with his hand and long sleeves t shirt...he tries to take it off... he moves his hands and looks at it the way it is moving.. is it normal?

A. If baby is getting irritated with long sleeves then try to avoid it. If you wear half sleeves t shirt ti baby then observe his activities if he ia doing same thing then you can ask doctor about his behavior.
