my 1 year and 2 months baby boy has 9 teeth and 3 teeth are coming... why baby's teeth coming so fast???

no problem..
as your kid is having few teeth now hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste
