my 1 year 8 month old baby girl having small light white sopt on face side.. is it due to deficiency?

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Skin lesions in small babies are very common due to reaction to new environment.it happens due to blockade of sweat gland , kindly avoid oil massage for 10 days.
Use moisturex syndet soap for bathing.use natural coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil for moisture skin.
