my 1 year 8 month daughter only saying yes no mama ..... not talking much ... n she is not listening what we r saying ... I mean not seeing to face.... n not to going with anyone n used to cry

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age yocu need tob consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Encourage your child to express and respond to your questions. If your baby is not looking into your face and responding then consult your doctor for further assistance.
