my 1 year 3 month old baby is having an allergy or infection on the whole body what is that exactly I don't know and hospitals are not open today what should I do

Ma’am you can check for chickenpox and small box also because the weight is spreading it can be like that also if your child is having fever along with it then there can be bright chances of chickenpox but your doctor can confirm on that so you can just talk to your doctor if you have a paediatric or a general physician you can take your child to
