Disha BagadiaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old child4 years agoA. Don’t worry about weight as long as baby is active, eating well and growing. There are other markers of healthy child I.e weight, height and MUAC. The weight of child must be 10kgs or triple the birth weight by 1 yr of age.

At one year weight should be triple to birth weight
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Offer different varieties of food
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
