my 1 year 2 months old I am giving oats to her. how frequently can I give her daily basis

A. Hi Yes oats are healthy . they contain proteins, iron, fibre. in good amounts you can give porridge, chapati, idli, cutlets, chilla made of oats. Try to give lot of water when you give oats it helps to prevent constipation
