My 1 year 11 months old daughter has cold and fever. I gave 3ml of Ibugesic syrup around 5 am but the fever has not reduced yet. I will be visiting pediatrician in sometime but till that time shall I give more of the ibugesic syrup to reduce fever? Its been 4 hours already.

A. can be viral so. as for in this case I would ask you to take the advise from the near by doctor and then which can follow the advise for this issue so can be done . .
