To correct best is dietary modification like give plenty of water or any other liquids like fruit pulp mix, curd to baby and also include high fibre food items like suji , dalia, ragi , oats, carrots with fibres etc green leafy vegetables whole or puree and all the seasonal fruits in the baby diet.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation.
