My 1 n half month baby doing watery stool after every pee after doing her vaccinations only today is 4th day and doing more from last day is it normal or I need to give any medicines to her?

A. but she is infant so it is allowable to give her ors drink

A. hello . just give o r s for drink to prevent any dehydration and lethargy . also feed only mother milk . no any other medications for now for baby .
