My 1 month old baby is having trouble while doing potty. He tries to push a lot but seems to be constipated. Have tried ghutti and ahad as per the elders but sometimes it works. Also he does once in a day. What can i do ?

A. hi dear The stool should be soft, like mashed potatoes. Have your child drink diluted 100% fruit juice. A serving of prune juice or prunes once a day may help. Teach your child to come in from play every time they have the urge to poop.
