Q.

My 1 month old baby had little liquid discharge from her umbilical.. we had visited the doctor and they applied some salt. after cleaning it we could see frequent drops of blood from navel. how to cure this now and is this is normal?

A. not normal, it can be umbilical granuloma. generally salt treatment helps in it, but as currently bleeding is their, use a good antibiotic cream over it, keep good hygiene, n it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. This happens with a lot of kids but there has to be some particular reason behind it either it is an infection or some another issue associated with that show your love to reconnect with your doctor in order to figure out what’s the problem
