Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give Paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain and Paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and you can also apply ice over the injection site and if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel
