My 1 month old baby cannot latch easily..Is it normal ? and how many ml and how many times of formula to be fed per day?

Hello,babies start lactating in fifteen to twenty days right after their birth but normally babies start lactating earlier before and for that you need to try again and gain and soon they start lactate and secondly you should follow instructions written on the package of formula milk.
