My 1 month old baby boy is having acne like rashes on his eyebrows,ears cheeks since last few days... i m worried kindly advise

This looks allergy to me so if advice u To consult your skin doctor once a doctor would be able to goodbye advise and guide you with the correct treatment for the same and also whatever medicines are required in order to deal with this allergy would also be suggested
