My 1 month baby boy testicles has red which makes him cry a lot why it's happening plz suggest any treatment

It could probably be due to lots of rashes into that area sometimes when the place is not clean not hydrated or too much of wet in their then you can face this kind of this situation so you can apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly no diapers and all would be suggested
