Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. when you take the temperature in the armpit and if it is 100 or more then only consider it is fever and give paracetamol and the most common cause of excessive crying at this age would be colic pain for which you can give anti colic medicines and also go for stomach massage and limbs cycling movements .but to prevent this problem again and again kindly do burping for 15 to 20 minutes and do not keep the child back on the bed after one burping
