Q.

my 1.5years daughter all of a sudden has stopped drinking cow milk or even curd..... she was pretty much fine so far, don't know why this sudden dislike... curd I manage few spoon but milk not at all. with this summer I am really stuck as milk and curd are pretty much essential. how can I change her??? why this sudden aversion. i have tried every from sippers to glass to spoon to flavoring her milk... please help

A. Milk is important! Children can get protein from other foods but if your child does not drink milk, they may not be getting enough calcium and vitamin D. Children over 12 months of age need to get 2 cups (500 mL) of milk every day because it is the main food source of vitamin D and an excellent source of calcium.
