Hi, Can we give curd to baby once she is 6 month old? As cow milk is not recommended till 1 year of age, will curd made of cow milk will be fine?

A. yes, after 6 month babu can have curd, It is easy to digest, than cow milk, so its safe to give it. it improve immunity, sleep, helps digestion, strength bones.
