Q.
My 1.5months baby was suffering my bronchiolitis 20days back ,he is fine now ,sometimes coughs a little ,how often should I bathe him .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accordgying to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol canu be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

please give alternatives bath with warm water if necessary
you can give sponge bath if possible it is better
please give daily sun light exposure
please give gentle massage with Babyhug mustard oil
