my 1.5month old baby has pooped 4-5 times in a day and it is green in colour.should I be worried and how can I cure it

A. Don’t worry but if the motions are watery frothy and foul smelling then you must consult your paediatrician avd get him checked and start giving ORS and zinc drops to the baby
