my 1.5 yrs baby boy is crying so much after vaccination .wat to do to give relief?

A. Give him paracetamol 1 ml

A. FEVER kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperatureu
