Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if it isoccascational it is fine but if it is occurring every time you need to see that you are not overfeeding the child as well as the flavour of the milk should be favourable for the child please see that the child is not having any other infection if there is fever you should consult doctor
