My 1.5 year old nephew isn't eating anything at all, can this be because of the teething, can anyone suggest what to do to make him eat.

Yes this can be because of teething. At the time of teething babies don’t take proper meals. But one more thing is that whenever baby don’t take proper meals then parents start giving more milk to them. So you should avoid doing this because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. And now your baby is more than one year old so try to give daily routine food to your baby and there are no food restrictions now.
