My 1.5 year old boy fell and injured himself on the left eyebrow. The doctor gave two options - either to let the scar heal on its own which will leave a scar. The other one was to give him general anesthesia and stitch up the wound, this will also leave a scar but will be smaller. We decided not to go for stitches as my poor baby was crying inconsolably even entering the hospital. Now I am worried how bad the scar will look, will it get covered by eyebrow hair? Is there anything else we can do to minimize the appearance of this scar.
