My 1.5 year baby demands for breast milk throughout the day and night. How could I reduce this? I am getting very tired through out the day. Can't get enough sleep also

A. it is not advisable to give breastfeeding throughout the day at this age and outside food should be given if the child is hungry. any habit can be decreased by regularly diverting the child
