my 1.5 month old abby girl is pooping twice or tgrice a day which is watery and yellow and she is exclusively breastfed. please help

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello dear sometime it's normal but if it's continue more than 3 days and give exclusively breast feeding to baby till 6 months mother should avoid spicy and junk foods. consult doctor if it's not cure
