my 1.5 month boy baby is having continuous watery green yellow stool and also leaking of stool . almost 20 times leaking of stool

A. Mam it seems like your child is having diarrhoea though having little bit of loose motions in the age of one and a half months is very common but here I think it would be good for you to take an assessment with your doctor so that you can figure out the right reason and treatment accordingly
