A. you can use Mamaearth tummy roll.on for kids. it has hing that eases the constipation in kids.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom increase the water intake and include fiber rich foods like papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia spinach beetroot etc in ur baby diet to get relief from constipation. u can give half tsp of ghee in warm milk before sleeping as natural laxative
